Trauma shapes us in ways we often don’t realise until much later. It creeps into our thoughts, relationships, and how we see ourselves. For a long time, I lived in survival mode, always bracing for the worst, making choices from fear. But there came a point when I knew I couldn’t let my past define me any longer. I chose to heal.
My journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve walked through pain I never thought I could face. I’ve unravelled old beliefs that kept me stuck and slowly found my way back to myself. It’s been a path of deep healing, growth, and learning how to live from a place of strength and peace rather than fear and shame.
Healing isn’t about pretending the past didn’t happen. It’s about honouring your story, understanding how it shaped you, and choosing who you want to be now.
With over 30 years as a coach, energy healer, and someone who’s lived through it, I’m here to support others on that same journey. I don’t offer quick fixes, I walk alongside people as they rediscover who they truly are.
