About Frances

My Story

My story began when I was just a baby; I was born to an abusive father. To my knowledge, I was the first battered/abused baby publicised in the UK.

Thankfully I was also born to the strongest woman I have ever known, even though she didn’t know it at the time.

Having an abusive relationship with a parent during your childhood creates trauma, and this affects your reality. This impacts your relationship with yourself and others.

Being born into that environment meant all my decisions were made from a place of fear and survival. This took me on an enriching journey of self-discovery, personal growth and enlightenment. I am happy to inform you, all my decisions are now made from a place of love and peace.

I have invested in myself over the years and I’m happy to say I live an enriched life. I stand in my own power.  This has not been an easy journey but it has been empowering.

The choice my mom made and the courage she had to leave my dad all those years ago, changed my life forever.

The newspaper headlines in 1964

THE RIDDLE OF A BABY WITH BROKEN BONES

When I first read the headline, it made me think… it’s not over yet and it’s been a blast. I haven’t let what I was born into define who I have become and I’m told I’m pretty cool…

Now it’s my mission to empower others and lead them on a path of self-discovery and empowerment

EMPOWERING YOU TO STAND IN YOUR OWN POWER

My philosophy

“My philosophy revolves around the belief that every day is an opportunity for growth, learning, and connection. I believe in the power of self-reflection, personal development, and embracing challenges as stepping stones to success.

I firmly believe that each individual possesses unique strengths, talents, and potential waiting to be unleashed. Through self-discovery and continuous improvement, we can tap into our inner reservoirs of greatness and create a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Central to my philosophy is the importance of authenticity and living in alignment with our values. When we stay true to ourselves, we attract opportunities that resonate with our core being, and we can make a genuine impact in the world.

I also believe in the power of connections and building meaningful relationships. We are social beings, and our interactions with others shape our experiences and growth. By fostering empathy, kindness, and open-mindedness, we can cultivate deep connections that enrich our lives and the lives of those around us.

Furthermore, I believe in the significance of gratitude and maintaining a positive mindset. By appreciating the present moment, practicing gratitude for what we have, and embracing optimism, we can overcome obstacles, find solutions, and create a life filled with joy and fulfillment.

Ultimately, my philosophy is centered around embracing personal growth, living authentically, fostering meaningful connections, and cultivating gratitude and positivity. It is through these principles that we can unlock our full potential, contribute to the well-being of others, and make a positive impact in the world.”
